Nestled within easy reach of Carcassonne and Toulouse, and just 15 minutes from the historic town of Mirepoix, our location is both mesmerizing and tranquil. Surrounded by rolling hills, with views of the Montagne Noir and the Pyrenees, Domaine du Polfages is a haven for those seeking a blissful holiday that balances relaxation with adventure. Whether longing for peaceful poolside days with breathtaking scenery or eager to explore the region's offerings, from beaches over an hour away to nearby mountain adventures, our property is the perfect base. The gite Mazamet at Domaine du Polfages is designed with comfort and space in mind. Occupying the first floor, it features an open plan design with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy lounge complete with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The lounge leads out to a terrace and BBQ area, ideal for embracing the alfresco lifestyle against a backdrop of stunning views. The garden and pool are easily accessible from here. Upstairs, there are three spacious twin or double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The rooms offer ample light and are crafted for supreme comfort, making each stay memorable. Domaine du Polfages's outdoor area and surroundings embody the serenity and beauty of the countryside. From the clean, pure air emanating from the Pyrenees to the soothing silence interrupted only by the occasional spiral of hawks in the clear blue sky, it's a place where nature's peace and beauty are in abundance.
