“This Fitz” is a studio apartment conveniently located on the south side of Tar Bay within 5 miles of Georgetown and the international airport. The secluded and beautifully landscaped property offers a private pathway to Tar Bay with a deck and stairs to the beach (displayed in the pictures), where you can walk for miles and enjoy the crystal clear water and soft sandy beaches or just plain kick back and relax in a beach chair. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a couple ( 2 people ) and is conveniently located near shopping and Elizabeth Harbor where you can enjoy activities on Stocking Island via water taxi or boat rental. Car rentals are available if you would like to explore the Exuma’s from Barre Tarre to Little Exuma, but arrangements should be made well in advance and make sure, when driving , you stay on the left side of the road.
