Entire Estate (1 of 2) 💠 VILLA BOHEMIA 💠 is a licensed "Hospedería" (Boutique Hotel) under Puerto Rico’s tourism regulations. Properties with more than 6 rooms must have this permit to operate legally. The space By booking this gated estate (1 of 2), you are in effect having a private event encompasing the entire 1st estate of the 2 side-by-side gated estates. There are no other portions of this estate that can be rented by anyone else. If upgrade and book both estates we can unlock the access door in the wall between the two estates so you can walk from one to the other without going out to the street. This estate # 1 has a front (main) house and back house. The front house 6 rooms 2.5 baths, the back house has 3 rooms 1.75 baths. When people rent the it is 5 units (keys) (units 1 thorugh 5) Sun yourself on our Terraces, take leisure under our canopy of trees. We are in one of the oldest sections of Condado with long established foliage and wildlife. We do our best with regular maintenance but some fallen leaves and the occasional mango (good eating) will be found on the property. We also cannot control the neighboring roosters who will crow from time to time, part of the Puerto Rico experience :) We use natural and effective pest control but this is the tropics and you many encounter an insect or two. Puerto Rico has power/water outages, we provide generator and water cistern! Due to the size of the estates, we perform regularly scheduled maintenance to the grounds and the pools, as well as on demand repairs as needed. We also perform regular security rounds on the grounds. Our staff, such as maintenance people, gain access to the uninhabited portions of the property such as our tool closets and sheds during the day. None of our tool closets are in inhabited portions of the dwellings. Other things to note Local/ On-Island bookings will be approved on a case by case basis This pricing on this property is set up to accommodate both smaller and larger groups. Please be sure to enter in your correct amount of guests when booking. As a Boutique Hotel we have an online check-in Process though Charge Automation. We will always try to accommodate an early check in request but because this is a large and busy listing that will not always be possible. An early Check-in / Late Check-out will always require a $300.00 additional fee. If you are going to request up grades such as Early Check -In / Late Check - Out this will be done though the link sent via Charge Automations. Incase of unforeseen circumstances we encourage guests to buy trip insurance.
