The property includes a self-catered breakfast, offering convenience and flexibility during your stay. Located just a 2-minute walk from Gants Hill Tube Station, the apartment offers excellent transport links, making it an ideal base for exploring London. The surrounding area boasts a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines and convenient local amenities. The space This property is part of a house divided into two flats. You will have exclusive access to the ground floor flat, which is completely private. We have no association with the occupants of the upper flat, ensuring that your stay remains peaceful and independent. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring that your stay is both enjoyable and relaxing. Additional Features As part of the ground floor flat, you will also have access to the garden. A BBQ and skewers are available for use, perfect for outdoor dining. (Please note: Guests will need to provide their own charcoal.) Smoking is permitted in the garden, and a cigarette disposal bin is provided on the wall for your convenience. One parking space is included with the apartment. You are allocated the parking spot directly in front of the door. Please refrain from parking elsewhere, as other spaces are rented out. Guest access Guest can you the entire ground floor flat and the garden space. Other things to note Bedding Information To keep things cosy and comfortable, bookings for 1–2 guests come with bedding for the main bed. For groups of 3–4, we also provide the sofa bed with full bedding. If you are booking for 1–2 guests and would like the sofa bed bedding, I am happy to provide this for a small additional cost of £10 per day. If you would like the sofa bed prepared before your arrival, just drop me a line and I will be glad to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
