We also rent a summer cottage on the same property and our summer home is just behind. All share the boat ramp and lots of toys. We have kayaks, SUPs, lounge floats and water toys for guest use. Rental includes use of the ramp and one dock space for up to 24’ boat (from mid May through September.) You can also easily rent a boat to keep at the dock from Winnisquam Marine just down the street. No license is required for power boats under 25 HP. Rents weekly, Friday to Friday in high season. Across the road is extra car and boat trailer parking. The boat ramp is perfect for snowmobile lake access or to launch your ice hut. Other things to note Your pups are welcome here - max of two dogs. They must be friendly and under control at all times. No wet dogs on furniture! There is a separate dog fee. Propane grill with full tank and a fire pit stocked with your first fire wood are ready for your enjoyment! All linens, towels - kitchen, beach and bath provided as well as paper goods. FYI this years Laconia Motorcycle Week is June 9 to 26th, there will be cycles everywhere so consider this before renting during that period. We welcome bikers!
