Outdoor area: • Covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining • Small outdoor space at the entrance with an external shower, convenient after returning from the beach Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area and the private sea-view terrace. Check-in takes place at a dedicated reception located approximately 500 meters from the property. After collecting the keys, you can conveniently reach the house by car. The property includes a reserved parking space. There are no shared common areas, ensuring privacy and independence throughout your stay. Other things to note The house is centrally located, just 100 meters from the beach and a short walk from the center of Costa Rei. Check-in takes place at the dedicated reception located approximately 500 meters from the property and is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after this time, prior arrangements are required. Check-out is by 10:00 AM (subject to availability). Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the double bedroom. Wi-Fi connection can be activated by purchasing a prepaid data card available at several local shops (approximately €20 per week per device). The service is provided by a local private operator (“Hotspot Costa Rei”) and is not directly managed by the property. Pets are welcome. A €50 fee per stay applies. Numerous services are available nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and various shops, all within walking distance. The bus stop is approximately 200 meters away. A local market takes place twice a week about 1.5 km from the house. The location allows you to enjoy Costa Rei comfortably on foot, with both the beach and services always close by.
