The "Wieshüs" is located in Tinnum and uniquely combines all the amenities that Sylt has to offer. The Tinnumer meadows begin almost directly outside the front door, which not only provide peace and relaxation close to nature, but are also ideal for a morning run or a bike tour. Of course, there is nothing wrong with exploring on foot. The west beach can also be reached quickly by bike. After about a 10-minute drive, you can bury your feet in the sand or dip them in the refreshing North Sea. The Westerländer city center with its shops, gastronomic offers and leisure attractions is also easy to reach at short notice, for example by bicycle. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also a bakery and various restaurants. Tinnum also has a bicycle rental and two riding stables. With 120 square meters spread over three levels, the "Wiesenhüs" offers up to six guests not only plenty of space for holiday moments spent together, but also plenty of opportunities to retreat. Especially during the cold season or after long walks on the beach in wind and weather, the stove provides comfort and soothing warmth. A large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a CD system provide entertainment. At the large dining table, all guests will find space together and can fully enjoy the meals on vacation. The ship's plank furniture, which stylishly complements the room, provides maritime and extraordinary flair. The kitchen shines in rich red and inevitably ensures a good mood when cooking. The kitchen is also fully equipped. In addition to a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, a microwave and fridge/freezer combination were also thought of here. The small bar with chairs offers early risers the opportunity to enjoy the first cup of coffee before everyone else. A generous set of cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and glassware complete the separate kitchen. A small utility room with washing machine and the guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are located on the other levels of the house. Upstairs are two double bedrooms. The cozy beds (each 180 x 200 cm) invite you to sleep in on vacation and ensure relaxing nights. Large built-in closets offer ample storage space, so that your own luggage can be comfortably stowed. Also located on this floor is the large bathroom of the house. A double washbasin with a large, heated mirror and a towel warmer provide special comfort in the bathroom. The large shower, window, toilet and an attractive tile design away from the uniform white complete the bathroom stylishly. Under the roof, the third bedroom of the house awaits its guests, who not only appreciate the large skylights and the warm design, but also seek a quiet retreat for reading or relaxing. Three single beds with matching bedside tables and a large dresser also provide attractive furniture for the room. The "Wiesenhüs" holiday home has a well-kept, spacious garden, which extends over about 450 square meters. Of course, the garden is at the disposal of the guests of the house. A rose wall borders the beautiful lawn, which invites you to play, romp, but also to relax. On the terrace, all guests of the house will find space together, so that nothing stands in the way of sociable breakfast or evening rounds in the fresh island air. In addition to garden furniture, a beach chair is also available for use, so that the typical North Sea feeling also comes directly to your own vacation home. In the front garden of the house there is a bicycle stand in which your own or borrowed bicycles can be parked. Securely locking the bicycles is also possible here. A car parking space directly by the house completes the property and ensures that no wishes remain unfulfilled in the outdoor area.
