Very comfortable as you don't have to take any stairs to get around. There are only stairs to access the garage to the house and the patio to the house. Inside, entering the hallway is a large living room with fireplace that connects to a kitchen-dining room, 18m2. If we continue down the corridor we find a large bathroom, with a round bathtub, 2 double bedrooms (beds of 1'35 and 1'50). In front there are 2 other bedrooms (beds of 1'35 and 3 or 4 beds of 90). This room has a bathroom and a walk-in closet. From the kitchen to the back door of the house there is a bathroom with washing machine. From there you can access the summer porch. All rooms have heating, ceiling fans in bedrooms and air conditioning in living room and hallway. Bedrooms have .park flooring All rooms are spacious, bright , with windows to the outside, including the 3 bathrooms. Outside we find a lawn area that separates the house from the pool area, where there is a barbecue, brown oven, bar-bar and bathroom. Right at the back of the house we find a covered porch with table and chairs for outdoor stay, which communicates with the lawn area, the pool and with a children's play area. There is also an orchard with fruit trees. It has a private garage for 2 large cars. It is located in a residential area, a short walk from the main road, where you will find all the amenities you need. Just down the main road, there is the city bus that connects with the center of Granada. If you like the mountains or practice sports in nature, the area is well known for its natural landscapes: the valley of the Genil River, Sierra Nevada and its Vereda de la Estrella, Llano de la Perdiz, …. There is a paragliding school and an equestrian center in the village. Very close to downtown Granada, 4km (5 min drive). The Sierra Nevada road passes through the municipality, so in just 20 minutes you will reach Pradollano (ski resort). Likewise, it is also close to the highway on the coast, being able to reach the beach in 40 minutes Enclave Ideal for families, and friends. Guest access The house is directly accessible from the road. The swimming pool is available for bathing in the summer months (June to September). We have a garage for 2/3 cars (depending on the size). The area has all kinds of services (bank, several supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) on the main street, a little further down the house.
