200 m2 house built on one floor on a 500 m2 plot, recognized by tourism as VTAR. Very comfortable because you don't have to climb stairs to get around. There are only stairs to access the garage to the house and the patio to the house. Inside, entering the hallway there is a large living room with a fireplace that connects with a kitchen-dining room, 18m2. If we continue down the hallway we find a large bathroom, with a round bathtub, 2 double bedrooms (1.35 and 1.50 beds). Opposite there are 2 other bedrooms (1.35 beds and 3 or 4 90 beds). This room has a bathroom and a walk-in closet. From the kitchen to the back door of the house there is a bathroom with a washing machine. From there you can access the summer porch. All rooms have heating, ceiling fans in bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room and hallway. Bedrooms have parquet flooring All rooms are spacious, bright, with exterior windows, including the 3 bathrooms. Outside we find a lawn area that separates the house from the pool area, where there is a barbecue, Moorish oven, bar and bathroom. Right at the back of the house we find a covered porch with a table and chairs for outdoor living, which connects with the lawn area, the pool and a children's play area. There is also an orchard with fruit trees. It has a private garage for 2 large cars. It is located in a residential area, a step away from the main road, where you will find all the services you need. Just down the main road, there is the city bus that connects to downtown Granada. If you like the mountains or practice sports in nature, the area is well known for its natural landscapes: the Genil River Valley, Sierra Nevada and its Vereda de la Estrella, Llano de la Perdiz, …. There is a paragliding school and an equestrian center in the village. Very close to downtown Granada, 4 km (5 minutes by car). The Sierra Nevada road passes through the municipality, so in just 20 minutes you will reach Pradollano (ski resort). Likewise, it's also close to the highway on the coast, and you can reach the beach in 40 minutes Ideal location for families and friends. Guest access The house is directly accessible from the road. The swimming pool is available for swimming during the summer months (June to September). We have a garage for 2/3 cars (depending on size). The area has all kinds of services (bank, several supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) on the main street, a little further down from the house. Other things to note Granada is one of the best tapas destinations. In bars, drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) are served with free tapas.
