Holidays are fun here, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and just a stone's throw from the beautiful harbor on Timmendorfer Strand, is this tasteful and cozy double holiday home with approx. 80m². Other things to note This semi-detached house has a spacious, bright living room on the ground floor with a separate dining area, fireplace and modern fitted kitchen. From the high-quality and lovingly furnished living room you have direct access to the terrace with garden furniture for cozy sunny days. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet/washing machine, two bedrooms each with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV for a total of 4 people. 2 additional people can sleep in 2 single beds under sloping ceilings in the cozy attic. There is a free internet connection available for you! A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests. There is a parking space at the house. It is approx. 70m to the beach. Smoking is not permitted in this house. Pets are welcome!
