LIVING ROOM To the left of the hallway this welcoming living room boasts warm tones, lively design, and an array of vibrant artwork. We're particularly keen on the plush, pink sofas which offer a comfy spot to relax by around the coffee table. Large French windows let the light flood in, and there's the added bonus of a desk for those studious moments, and a piano — for those musical ones. PRINCIPAL BEDROOM Soft tones, rose accents, and homely touches create an ambience of calm in this charming double bedroom. There's a double bed, sleeping 2 guests, along with a handy office desk and a cushy snug area — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee in front of the TV. DINING ROOM A sun-soaked, spacious dining room for those fancier meals in. You'll find a generously-sized table for 6, a period-style fireplace, and cheerful notes of sunflower yellow. KITCHEN The kitchen is fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a small fridge, a microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. SECOND BEDROOM Featuring a pared-back design and fresh interiors, this second bedroom is fitted with a single bed, a dressing table, and a chest of drawers. Decorated with cool blue accents, you'll find a combined bath tub and shower, a single wash basin, a bidet, and a large mirrored wardrobe. WC There's a separate WC next to the living room. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** This home is on the second floor with no lift. This property is not adequate for children under the age of 10. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm.
