Location The exclusive and light-flooded apartment is located in a western location on the third floor and in the west wing of the building. The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep - in just 300 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach. The beach promenade and the popular 60-meter long promenade as well as the beach terrace and pirate playground are also located here. Enjoy a fantastic view of the passing "big pods" and the sea. By the way, the Bay of Lübeck is considered a sailing paradise! An accessible development allows comfortable access to the promenade and spa beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes as well as attractive leisure activities, sights and excursion destinations. Hiking routes and bike rides, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses and versatile events such as the popular promenade festival, the sand sculpture exhibition or the autumn dragon and seaside festival. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a SMART TV (43 inches). In the separate bedroom, a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers high sleeping comfort. Here, too, there is a SMART TV (43 inch). In the stylish bathroom you have a walk-in shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, washbasin with hair dryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating at your disposal. You spend relaxing hours on the covered loggia, which faces west and is equipped with garden furniture. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. There is a clothes rack in the apartment. A crib can be placed for a fee and you can book a high chair on request. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome! The features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the resort - on the ground floor there is a 260 sqm and exclusive sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, experience showers, ice fountains, foot pool and rest areas. Another highlight is the spectacular, around 200 sqm roof terrace on the partly green roof of the building.
