The space The lovingly furnished villa with beautiful sea views in Hreljin on the Kvarner Bay can accommodate up to 10 people. The fully air-conditioned house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a luxuriously decorated outdoor area. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The space extends over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, bathroom, sauna and small gym. From the living room, kitchen and gym you have direct access to the pool overlooking the sea. The first floor is accessible via an internal and external staircase. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. Each room has its own safe, satellite TV and air conditioning and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is also a TV with satellite reception in the living room and the gym. The outdoor area consists of a covered outdoor kitchen with grill and a beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The summer kitchen and charcoal grill are available for preparing home-cooked meals together, which you can enjoy with the family on the covered terrace with stunning sea views. The pool is heated with solar energy, so you can use it even when the temperature is cooler. The whole house has Wi-Fi and a secured parking space. Isn't that a wonderful introduction to an unforgettable relaxing holiday. Other things to note A EUR 400 damage deposit is payable in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if nothing has been damaged. Pets are welcome! A cleaning fee of EUR 70 per week and pet is added. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of consumption costs, bed linen, towels, internet, air conditioning, tourist tax and parking spaces. The pool is heated in the months of May, June, September and October. The standard setting is 28° C. However, the temperature depends on the weather.
