The space The house is light, bright and airy in a great suburban Santa Monica neighborhood with tree-lined streets. Close to the Santa Monica beach (approx 12 blocks), with easy access to Ocean Park Blvd (Thyme Cafe, Ghisallo Pizza, Layla Bagels), Main Street, and Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice. Marine Park is walkable, about 7 blocks away with a great playground, large field, tennis courts and basketball courts. The house is about 12-blocks to the Santa Monica beach and its biking/walking path. Doggie door in living room lets small dogs go in and out as they please. The backyard is fully fenced in for dogs and kids! Guest access You have the whole house and front and backyard. Parking is easy on driveway or on street. A few things to note! -- For those with smaller children: please note that the downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom are on separate floors and opposite sides of the house. Previous guests have used baby monitors. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms overlooks the front yard and the street. -- There is no bathroom upstairs.
