We are Christina (designer) and Matthias (photographer) and love the mountains, the connection to nature and the beauty of architecture. Our vision was to make this beautiful place accessible to you and offer you the opportunity to consciously relax in nature and come to rest. Our apartment is deliberately minimalist and yet comfortably designed. The space Our apartment has a well thought-out room concept. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a sliding door. This door allows you to flexibly decide whether you want to keep the room open to create a spacious and open atmosphere, or whether you want to close the door to have a separate retreat option in the bedroom. We have tried to combine minimalism and reduced design with regional craftsmanship to create a warm indoor climate. Therefore, the ceiling and part of the walls were clad with local silver fir. Instead of a TV, you'll find a small bookshelf, and countless nature and mountain adventures await you at your doorstep. Whether you want to refresh yourself after a day in the mountains or just enjoy a relaxing shower in the morning - our modern bathroom with toilet offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay. Are you passionate cooks and want to fully enjoy your vacation? Then our fully equipped kitchen is for you! Let your creativity run wild and spend a romantic evening of pleasure at home. We are absolute minimalists and have reduced the bedroom accordingly. We believe that a tidy room contributes to a better night's sleep. Our 160 cm bed is equipped with a Dreamliner sleeping system that adapts perfectly to the shape of your back. In the spacious closet you will find enough space for your personal belongings. From the bed you have a direct view of the mountains. The whole apartment is equipped with electronic shading, which allows you to darken the apartment at the push of a button. Guest access Our apartment, TOP 12, is located on the 1st upper floor of the house "Berg Aparts" at an altitude of 1500 m. The location is particularly favorable, as the Faschina Pass connects the Great Walser Valley with the Bregenz Forest and is accessible via several mountain passes. Located directly opposite the Faschina valley station/cable cars, we are optimally connected. An underground parking space is at your disposal, from which you can comfortably reach the 1st floor via the staircase or by elevator. floor. For further excursions, bus stops to Damüls or Sonntag/Stein, which are about 100 meters away, are ideal. After your booking, you will receive an email requesting all the important data. 1-14 days before your arrival, you will receive another email with all the important information about check-in, the guest card and some insider tips for the region. This allows you to pick up your key completely contactless from 2 PM on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Easy check-out Every stay comes to an end. On the day of departure, you can still have breakfast in the apartment and then check out by 10 am. We ask that you leave the apartment swept clean, so please as you found it. Then simply put the key back in the key box. Parking: A private underground parking space belongs to the apartment and is included in the price. You can use this throughout your stay. Supplies: The kitchen has a full-fledged stove with oven, a sink, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. In addition to dishes and cutlery, there is a French press for coarsely ground coffee powder, a Nespresso machine including 4 capsules (per stay), pots, pans, a cutting board, washing up liquid, rinsing and drying cloths, dishwasher tabs as well as salt and pepper. In the bathroom you will find hand soap, plenty of toilet paper and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are of course included. Vacation with a child: Families are welcome here! The apartment is designed for 3 people. We provide a crib or alternatively a children's mattress (approx. 140 cm) including bed linens. There is also the possibility to stay on the sofa in the living room. Cleaning: Included in the price are water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, underground parking and final cleaning. Tourist tax (€2.70 per person/night) will be charged automatically during your booking. Wi-Fi: You will find free Wi-Fi in our apartment. With our 70 MB internet connection, you can also easily send and receive large data – perfect for your home office.
