There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin from main residence driveway, Renters are welcome to celebrate family events at the property. Limited to small gatherings. Parking for maximum of 4 vehicles. Property owners and neighbors are in close proximity and there are local ordinances regarding excessive noise after 10 PM.
