Hello! We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting you on your next stay in town! This apartment is the 2nd unit of our historic home/duplex. Located in the heart of the St. Vincents Historic District, our comfortable 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your trip to Vallejo and the greater Bay Area. Featuring: - Keyless self check-in - 11 foot tall ceilings - Queen sized bed - In unit laundry - Free WIFI - Free coffee and tea - 5-10 minute walk to downtown & to the SF Ferry terminal. __________________________________________________ LIVING ROOM Upon entering the unit you will find a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it be work or play. The living room is equipped with a 55 Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). The couch pulls out to become a second queen-sized bed. WIFI provided. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay feel like home: - All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans. - New appliances (No dishwasher) - Coffee Maker - Complimentary coffee and tea BATHROOM - You will be provided with: - Fresh towels - Shampoo - Conditioner - Bodywash - Hairdryer - Iron and ironing board (located in hall closet) BEDROOM Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a hybrid foam and spring, queen sized mattress. FRONT PATIO Sit outside on the front deck at the picnic table and enjoy the incredible California climate. Or use the outdoor front patio furniture in the yard to sip a glass of wine while admiring the stained glass of the stunning St. Vincent's Church across the street. ___________________________________________________ * Guests will have the entirety of Unit-B at their disposal as well as the front deck/porch and yard. * Keyless door entry means you can come and go as you please in private. Each guest will be provided their own unique access code. * There is plenty of free street parking in front or very close to entrance. * This home is recessed from the street and will require you to walk up 4 steps to the yard and 3 steps to get on the front porch/deck. -------- PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! --------- WE DO provide on site laundry. NO Parties / Events / or gatherings please. NO guests besides those listed on reservation. Any violations of house rules without prior discussion and consent from us will result in a $100 fee.
