The main level boasts breathtaking mountain views, a primary suite with a king bed, a guest bathroom, and a private deck with a gas grill. Downstairs, you'll find two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a full-over-twin bunk bed—along with a guest bathroom and a private laundry room. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
