Guest will have access to the entire property and land. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Some additional details about the house: the house is on a drilled well, septic system, and uses satellite internet. For the drilled well, the water is filtered in multiple stages. The best source of drinking water is the small tap next to the sink or the water from the fridge. For the septic system, please don’t flush anything but the usual and toilet paper. For the internet, since it is satellite-based, bad weather can limit service to the area. Please enjoy one of our many amenities, books, or movies if the internet goes down. Finally, we provide a BBQ and propane tank but don’t guarantee that propane will be available. There is a convenience store 10 minutes from the property, The Red Barn - the propane tank, if empty, can be exchanged here (at the renter's cost).
