The Midtown Bungalow

Our charming bungalow rests on a quiet corner just south of Piedmont Park. You'll have easy access to all that our Beloved City and the Historic Midtown Garden District has to offer. The yard is private and gated with added off-street parking available if needed. We are family, pet and professional friendly. Our happiest guests are those seeking one whole home with a real yard. Situated on a large single-family lot on high ground, the house is very private and quiet. There is also a big dining deck in back. Inside everyone goes to the sunroom for the view and is surprised by the granite countertops in the kitchen and french doors in the dining room. It's a modest, genuinely comfortable home in an awesome location. The whole house and lot is yours! This is not a condo/townhome, guesthouse, duplex/triplex, basement apartment or any sort of multi-family, shared dwelling. Piedmont Park and the Beltline are walkable major attractions, sometimes involving closing area streets and usually adding to congestion. Noise can often be heard in the neighborhood - ordinance requires it to stop by 11pm, but, it's often fun!
