There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Sunlight and views of the ocean bounce throughout this condo, where you'll find a full kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water, and a private balcony overlooking the beach that's accessible in both the living room and the primary bedroom. For your evening entertainment, you'll have free WiFi throughout the condo and four TVs - one smart TV and three with DirecTV service. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
