The space This condo has been set up with everything you need for a getaway, including not only items to get you started for your first day, but also coolers, beach towels, noodles, floats, sound machines, box fans and a television in every room. The kitchen is stocked well. (See details under Guest Access for items listed to get you started.) Guest access The entire condo awaits you and is supplied with items to get you started (a role of paper towels, TP, two trash bags, coffee K-cups, all hand soap, dishwasher soap, Pam cooking spray and spices). Owner will send access code and welcome info email a couple days before arrival date. Other things to note A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required or reservation can be voided. If you have a large party or group coming, we partner with other condos in this complex which has been awesome for wedding parties, family reunions, golf outings, etc.
