Living room has a 55" TV, a comfy couch, lounge chair, an electric fireplace, USB ports in wall by couch and is an open concept with the kitchen. Kitchen has a dining room table, pots & pans, plates, silverware, cooking staples, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, coffee bean grinder and many cooking utensils. Master bedroom is a queen bed, a large smart TV with streaming cable. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a twin bed and TV. Bathroom has been updated and had a tub/shower combo. The basement space has a desk, small couch, weight bench, and an extra toilet. There is also an extra twin mattress you may use if needed. There is a small outside seating area with 2 chairs and a side table. The parking is very limited, there is only room for one car in the rental assigned spot. There is a locked garage space that you can use for bike, golf, kayak, etc. Please ask us for the lock box code to the garage for access. Guest access Guests have full access to house and basement, outdoor seating area and a locked garage space for large item storage (no car).
