Fire up the grill for a BBQ and cocktail hour on the deck, relax in the hot tub and enjoy family time around the fire pit The space Home is completely disinfected and extensively cleaned after each check out. Guest access: Game room-pool table and ping pong table Hot tub Private Dock and Boat House (with outdoor bar) 2 Large Decks overlooking the lake Fire pit Gas fireplace Weber Grill Xfinity Wifi Life vests for all ages Located on a gentle sloping lot with deep water access in one of the most amazing SML coves Guest access Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** **Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation** Other things to note Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
