Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house. This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month plus tax.
