Conveniently close to I-5 The space Studio Ashley is a private unit on our estate we now offer to guests to use since our daughter has moved back to Seattle. This free-standing 1BR unit was added behind our garage and is a complete and fully separate quiet apartment. Guests are allowed to stay in this private hideaway but are not allowed to use the rest of the property amenities unless also renting the house. We have set this up for easy self check-in. Check-in is usually 4pm. Check out is 10:00 am. I will give you the code to the keyless door entry. I also have a Ring Doorbell so you can reach out if you need help. Bring the favorite foods you like to cook, and stock the full-size fridge if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. We have everything you need for a home away from home. We also have a Keurig coffee maker so bring your favorite blend along with a small convection oven you can use as an air fryer for a quick healthy meal. There are several groceries & restaurants very close by. Feel free to try catching a salmon with a fishing guide. We will contact info for one who works with us, or you can contact the Fly Shop in Redding to get fully outfitted for a day excursion on the river. Locally we have many wonderful restaurants and fast food available too near by alone with hiking trails with waterfalls around us on Mt Lassen or Mt Shasta. This is a NO SMOKING home, so please do not take any liberties in this aspect. We have other guests and children who are very allergic. Our home is Fully fenced, with outside security cameras that monitor 24/7 for your protection. No cameras are inside of home. There is a $50 extra sanitising fee added if you bring pets. We have also implemented stronger sanitising methods by using bleach wipes on surfaces and switches. Please note that while the cottage is totally private, our driveway, our yard, and our pool are not being shared with this Studio. We do rent our home and the West Cottage to Airbnb guests who want to swim but that is a separate booking. There may be other guests staying next door. Feel free to ask if you have any special requests. Call or message us if you have any special needs or questions. You can park your car outside the gate on the grass, but not in the driveway. Guest access We are ready for your arrival at 4pm but can sometimes provide early check in. There is a check-in feature in this AirBnB app that shows pictures and codes. You are only booking the Studio, not the whole property. Please respect our family living next door and any other guests who may be staying on the property. This is a quiet studio rental so please honor the evening quiet times. Park your car on the grass opposite the gate, open the wooden gate with the big Z and a small sign Employees Only. Yours is the door just past the garage. Other things to note We have implemented extra measures to sanitise the cottage by wiping things down after we clean with Clorox wipes. Our front entrance has a gate to provide extra security and peace of mind. We have Self Check-in with Keypad Doorlock. You do not have access to the pool or hot tub. Officially we allow only house-trained pets in the cottage and we understand many have service animals. Our cleaners charge an additional $50 pet sanitizing fee to help prevent allergies with future guests who have sensitivities. We send you a jot form with the guildlines for staying in our Short Term Rental. If you bring a pet, you may not lock them in the house unattended. Also, you must walk them on leash on the street and clean up after them.
