The space This chic studio is newly renovated and it's one of three units in the townhome. It is on the first floor facing the main street and can accommodate up to two guests. It features granite countertop, full bathroom with shower, full bed size with storage, closet, loveseat storage, room darkening blinds, down comforter (feather and/or synthetic), smart Tv and work desk. Guest access Host will give guest access prior or upon arrival. Check-in is at 4pm! Other things to note VISITORS, PARTIES AND ENTERTAINMENT -The safety of our guests is our priority! Therefore, we have implemented a strict policy concerning parties, entertainment and visitors onsite. Our policy pertains to all guests regardless of the relationship to, or age of, the visitor. This booking is intended for the registered guest(s) use only with no more than 2 guests allowed on the premises at anytime. If you plan to have additional friends or family in to visit that must be pre-discussed and pre-approved. Any unregistered overnight guest will incur additional fee. PARKING -Street Parking ONLY! -Guest can park in front of the building. However, it is a paid metered from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. -Parking is free after 6 pm and All-day Sunday! -Free parking can be found on Germantown Ave and off smaller street. -To monitor parked vehicle, we recommend downloading the parking app. It's called Meterup!
