If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines: • Smoking $1500 • Parties or events $1500 • Unapproved late check out $250 • The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges. • Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement
