The Mountain House - An Oasis Right in Town!

Leadville is the highest incorporated town on the continent. At 10,200 feet above sea level and situated at the headwaters of the Arkansas River, this rustic and serene town is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. Every season offers great opportunities for people looking to experience the Rocky Mountains with all their original charm. The house has a fully furnished kitchen in case you tire of the town’s delicious restaurants and pubs. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchen, there is a large living room (tv & vcr/dvd), dining room, a game room with lots of board games and one bath. “The Poppy House” just steps outside the dining room is a separate bonus one-room living space that has its own deck and can sleep up to 3 more with a double/twin bunk bed (not available during winter months). Outside in the fully fenced yard there is a firepit perfect for s’more making and relaxing outside after a fun-filled day in the mountains, a gas grill, outdoor seating and yard games.
