Guests will love watching the sunset sky ablaze with color from a tower with Gulf views. Cozy reading nooks, huge porches, luxurious appliances, and close to community pools, parks, and beach access from the Park District! On the first floor, a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and a private entrance sits across from a dining room with seating for 6. An open kitchen with a smartly designed L-shaped island features premium appliances, 2 sinks, a wine chiller, and gas range. The island extends into a table with seating for 5 and creates a nice sense of division in the living area. The living room surrounds a flat-screen TV with tons of natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open onto a front porch. Doors from the living area also open to stairs that lead down to an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The second-floor guest bedrooms offer either a queen or king bed with a private bathroom or a semi-private bathroom, and the bunk area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower with marble tiles, an enormous porch, and a large wet bar that leads to the porch. A porch bed swing, dining table, sofas, and chairs all enjoy wooded views and fresh breezes. A landing on the third floor provides space to unwind and relax with a sofa and cozy armchair and leads to a bedroom with a king bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower.
