Welcome to The Caddy's Shack - a stunning one level home located on Fripp Island overlooking the Ocean Point golf course. This house has the ability to order club cards for guests. Featuring 3bed/2ba all on one level, this home has plenty of room to accommodate groups while keeping comfort at top priority. The inviting and open floor plan is perfect for gathering together and is fully equipped for all of your needs. We invite you to get some rest in any of three comfortable bedrooms and the entire house is wifi accessible: 1)Primary King bedroom w/ Smart TV and ensuite tub and dual shower head 2)King bedroom w/ Smart TV 3)Bunk room w/ full bed, 2 lofted twin bunks, and an additional single twin Provided are beach chairs, toys, & beach towels + various games and entertainment items for your ease and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped & functioning to serve all of your needs. There is a tea kettle, Keurig & drip coffee maker. Several pots/pans/dinnerware/stemware, etc. are also included. The owners are full members of Fripp Island Resort, and amenity guest cards are available at an additional expense. These fees vary based upon the length of trip & time of year, between $35-50 in peak season per adult or child 13 and older. These cards must be used to access pools, resort fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants and the two private golf courses. A 12.8% resort fee is added to your reservation to accommodate. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions! Guest access The entire home is available for your use. We include a pack n play for our little caddies as well as a highchair. There are 4 beach chairs along with a beach wagon. Please contact us if there are any special amenities you require.
