This is our primary residence, so we take great care and pride in how it looks and feels. Kitchen & refrigerator is stocked with condiments, spices & appliances that you're welcome to use! Backyard is fenced. We have a heated in-ground salt water swimming pool that is not included with the rental, but available upon request & pre-approval for additional cost per night. It has a locked safety cover that completely seals off the pool from access. Kiddos cannot fall or get in. Fully sealed around the perimeter & key operated for peace of mind when traveling with small children. 70" smart TV in living room with DVD player. TV in Master Bedroom. Additional TV on main floor without cable available to connect gaming consoles. Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with gas burners. Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. We also have a Vita-mix blender which is great for smoothies or poolside drinks! Our desire is to make you feel as welcome as possible and use our home as if it's yours. 3 night minimum required 5 night minimum required week of Christmas
