Pack and play available in the closet of the Queen bedroom. House is located steps from recently renovated Brooks Park with new playground equipment and walking path. Starter paper products are provided with the house (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap). On site laundry is available. BOAT DOES NOT COME WITH THE RENTAL. Dock space is available for use with the rental. Plenty of on site parking for up to 4 vehicles. **Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO MORE than 10 guests on the property (inside or out) without prior approval from ownership. No smoking & no pets. There will be a $500 charge for violation of any house rules.
