The backyard is spacious and has plenty of seating areas in the sun and under the awning, so our guests can enjoy spending the day outdoors relaxing. End each day with a dip in the hot tub as you gaze upon the beautiful garden, under the bistro lights, or the clear Sonoma skies! The covered deck faces a lovely garden with blooming roses, Eureka lemon trees, Japanese maple trees, jasmine, wisteria, and fresh herbs (rosemary, spearmint, thyme, oregano, basil). It's the perfect place to soak up some sun or catch up with family and friends. Inside the home you will find three bedrooms with spacious beds (King, Queen, Queen) that sleep up to 6 people total, and the rest of the house has plenty of space as well. At the end of a great day exploring Sonoma, curl up in the living room with the relaxing fire place and ignite a roaring gas fire with the press of the button. The home has voice activated lighting and temperature control for your ease of use and convenience. There are also books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. This retreat is the ideal space for relaxation and a great place to celebrate a birthday or catch up with family and old friends. And as a bonus the eco-friendly home is solar-powered! This home is within 5 minutes of many fantastic wineries, including BR Cohn, Hanzell, Abbot’s Passage, Imagery, and Loxton, among many others. It’s also a short drive away from the Fairmont Spa and some of the best Mexican food around (see our guidebook!). For a day in the outdoors, drive to Jack London or Bartholomew Park (all within 10-15 minutes) to enjoy a day of hiking among vineyards, rolling hills, oak trees, and beautiful vistas. IMPORTANT: NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE ALLOWED! We are happy to host you, however, we ask you respect that you are in a quiet neighborhood and to please do you part to maintain this. Sonoma County mandated quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm-7am and prohibited loud gatherings can result in fines and loss of our license. The home uses Minut -- a device to monitor excessive noise and detect crowds to comply with County regulations: 1) No amplified music outdoors allowed 2) Quiet hours 9pm-7am (no outside noise, including conversation or hot tub use) Two parking spots in the driveway in the front of the house with a two car maximum. No street parking permitted.
