Kitchen includes toaster oven, blender, rice maker, coffee, espresso, microwave; must reserve the bbq. No stove. Because of pool, prior approval for kids and no pets please. The space This is new construction easily accessible with no stairs. The unit has guest air conditioning and heating via remote control. Flat screen and two matching recliners. Other things to note The house has 3 separate remote controls. If they disappear, there will be a $100 replacement fee.
