The space Bedrooms are roomy with new comfortable queen beds, high thread count sheets, black out curtains, nightstands and lamps. Each has a generous sized closet. There is a pack n play for little ones, and a booster seat. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, baking items and ready for any meal making! Full size stove, new refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. Nespresso as well as drip coffee. Large dining table with extra chairs can also be used as a functional work space. Also a work table and chair in the primary bedroom. Spacious light filled living room with comfortable couch, recliner and rocking chair. Books and games available in the built in bookcases for relaxing nights in. Both bedroom TV's have Apple TV's and Spectrum Essentials (cable-like). Air conditioning and heat are provided in the house which you may set to your personal comfort level. Your outdoor patio area has a table and four chairs. Grassy yard. Laundry room has stacking washer/dryer, plus access to patio and back yard. Parking is in the driveway. Self checkin with a smart lock. Quiet time please from 10pm to 8am. Guest access Everything in the main house is yours to use. We also have a small guest house on the property in the back yard. It is separate from the main house and has it's own private patio that is not visible from your space. You each have your privacy as the guest house person does lounge about in the yard area while you are home. Other things to note Please let us know if anything needs attended to! We are happy to provide alternate pillows, replace broken glassware, etc etc. We wish you to be comfortable in your temporary home.
