We provide enough essentials to get you started such as dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towel, garbage bags, and hand soap liquid, etc. This may be enough for your stay, otherwise please take advantage of the quick amazon deliveries, instacart, or local shopping to top up with your favorite supplies! No refunds or discounts will be offered due to circumstances beyond our control, including pests and animals, weather, utility or internet outages, incompatibility or malfunction. Without prior approval, a $50 per hour late check out fee will apply if you do not vacate the premises at the assigned checkout time. Booking guest must be at lease 21 years old, and a verified ID. A background check is required for each adult who will stay. A rental agreement with move in and move out check list, and if applicable, a pet agreement will need to be signed within 48 hours after a booking is confirmed. We recommend the tenants to purchase rental insurance (usually call your car insurance company and they may provide).
