This elegant home offers a character-rich base from which to enjoy St. Andrews, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. Main Level Features: Comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Formal dining room with a gas fireplace for memorable meals. Quiet parlour overlooking the serene back garden. Chef’s kitchen with high-quality appliances, charming checkered floors, and stocked with pantry essentials. Sunroom, private deck, and second-floor balcony offering stunning ocean views. Bedroom Sanctuaries (Each with a private ensuite bathroom): All bedrooms are appointed with Hamuq Organic Hybrid queen beds, quality linens, and flat-screen TVs. Bedrooms 1 & 2: Offer private access to the garden. Bedroom 3: Opens onto a private balcony with beautiful water views. Two bedrooms feature deep soaker tubs for ultimate relaxation. Optional Coach House: For additional space or privacy, a one-bedroom Coach House may be made available by prior arrangement for guests of the main house. It includes air conditioning, a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a balcony with garden views. (Please note, the Coach House is not rented separately.) Guest access Guests will enjoy full and private access to the entire main house and its amenities. This includes all four bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, sunroom, and private deck. You will also have exclusive use of the large, 1/2-acre property and gardens. Key Access Features: Private access to the entire property. Seamless self check-in with a smart lock. Free, dedicated parking available on the premises. Other things to note Hot Water: The house is equipped with two modern tankless water heaters. Please allow a minute for the water to heat up; rest assured, you will have a continuous supply. Pantry Items: Our kitchen is stocked with a selection of pantry essentials (spices, flour, sugar, etc.) for your convenience. We kindly ask that if you finish an item, you please replace it for the next guests to enjoy.
