Sebago Lake Beach Paradise

Brand new (completely rebuilt in 2024) 3 bedroom (including kids bunk room) and 3 bath w/ large kitchen/living room and cathedral ceilings that look out to lake views and a beautiful beach. Large deck on front that faces the water and large back yard great for games, grilling and more. 5 mins to downtown Windham with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, and 30 minutes to downtown Portland. House is only rented weekly in the summer months (Fri-Fri). The space Master bedroom has a King size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk house for the kids (or anyone really) and has 5 beds total (1 queen/twin bunk, 1 full/twin bunk, 1 twin). Sleep 5-7! Guest access The whole house/property. Inside, the house has 3 bedrooms and an open concept kitchen and living room, great for hosting the whole family. Front yard includes a great deck that over looks the water and is perfect for dinner and drinks while watching the sun set over the lake. Huge drive way and back yard that can fit plenty of parking, great for grilling, gas campfire in the back yard, and yard games! The 3 shared sandy beaches are roughly 200 feet away, with plenty of room to play, boat, and more. Other things to note House only rents out Friday to Friday with a 7 night interval during summer months (June-August).
