The kitchen is open to the dining room, which has a large round dining table and 8 chairs. The living room boasts a large TV and supple leather furniture. A wall of windows across the living and dining area afford you the most stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Just a few steps thru the French doors will put you on the expansive covered porch, with gorgeous teak seating and a separate teak table and chairs. The perfect place to kick back with a good book or have drinks while watching the kids play on the beach. Just off this main living area is a bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a shared bath. The elevator is easily accessible from all 3 levels, making off-loading of luggage and groceries a snap! The top boasts the main bedroom level with a sumptuous beach side Master suite, with king bed, spacious Master bathroom, with dual vanities, garden tub and stand-alone shower. The Master suite is beach side with it?s own private covered porch, set up with comfortable Adirondacks. An ideal spot to catch those sunrises with your loved one. There are two other bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed and one with two queens. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared between these bedrooms. The laundry room is conveniently located on this level with full size washer, dryer and cabinet space. At the ground level exterior, you will find a large enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, private boardwalk to the beach and even a room with a toilet and extra refrigerator!
