The space The open living/dining/kitchen provides a relaxing atmosphere to lounge or work. Many of our guests have stayed for a month or more and thoroughly enjoyed their time here. We welcome longer stays and offer a monthly discount! Guest access A one car carport is on the side of the house for covered parking and you can access the kitchen door through the keypad. You are just a few minutes from the Lufkin loop or Hwy 94 which have restaurants, coffee shops, hospitals and grocery stores. Other things to note There is plenty of parking space for RVs and trailers. We are not able to offer a venue for evening gatherings. Due to past abuses, all events must be approved and over by 7:00 pm. The host has discretion to approve some daytime gatherings. A deposit or increased cleaning fee may apply.
