In addition to the amenities at the home, as a guest at Bluegill Lodge, you will also be able to enjoy the exclusive amenities within Camp Lake James for the duration of your stay—take a dip in the pool, explore the lake by kayak, grab a quick bite at the Canteen, curl up by the stone outdoor fireplace, and enjoy community-led activities to your heart's content. Located just 45 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this upscale lakefront home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Please note that the homeowner's boat is permanently docked and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie a boat on the other side using the dock cleats. Boats cannot be launched from the property, so guests should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James.
