You'll never want to leave this cozy home nestled on a hillside in the Sunapee Hills Association, directly across the street from Chalk Pond. Enjoy the comfortable living area, family friendly accessories such as games and beach toys, and easy access to association amenities including beach, swimming float, tennis courts, and playground all within one quarter mile. The space This home offers two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed and pack 'n play in the master, and two twins in the children's room. A half bath between the rooms completes the top floor, with the landing overlooking the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams in the living room below. Downstairs boasts a bright living area, sunroom with dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. A full bath with laundry completes the first floor. Outside is a large deck with gas grill and deck chairs, from which you can enjoy pocket views of the pond across the street. A small yard area on the opposite side of the home is bordered by a small creak. Relax in the hammock and listen to the water flow, or enjoy a round of corn hole with a friend. Guest access One closet and a storage shed are locked for owner storage, but guests have total access to all living spaces and association privileges. Other things to note Please note that while we provide clean blankets and pillows, we do not provide linens for your stay. Parking will comfortably fit two vehicles, or three smaller vehicles.
