The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located beach house. The space The main floor is perfect for relaxing with large expansive windows in the living room, dining and kitchen overlooking the ocean. There is a full bathroom on the main floor. There is a large master suite and full bathroom on the upper level. The lower level consists of a bedroom with a Queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a King bed and living room with a pull out Queen sleeper sofa perfect for families with children. The lower level has views of the ocean and is accessible from the interior staircase as well as by its own separate walkout entrance with 2 additional parking spaces. Note the staircase is spiral. The spacious deck has a large sectional sofa, coffee table and wheeled, tilting umbrella stand for relaxing at home. The new outdoor grill is hooked up to the home propane tank for easy grilling. Guest access There is a lockbox. The code will be given prior to arrival. Other things to note You can walk to beautiful Walis Beach from the house. There are beach chairs, towels and a beach wagon to use during your stay. There are board games and cable television at the house for your enjoyment. Minutes away you can pick up fresh lobsters from the lobster boats. There are lobster pots and crackers at the house. Portsmouth is only a 10 minute drive and there are wonderful restaurants, museums, shows and shopping there. During the summer there are fireworks every Wednesday night at Hampton beach.
