This beautiful one of a kind home is located on an estate-like 1.6 acre lot that exudes Texas ambience. Enter this ROMANTIC ESTATE through remotely controlled wrought iron gates and experience a custom Hill-Country home nestled in privacy, and surrounded by a professionally designed and landscaped yard. Extensive natural stone pathways, trails with sheltered seating areas, walls and raised planters showcasing native plantings abound. Enjoy outdoor living and entertainment on the stone patio, under the large backyard pavilion, or from the covered front and back porches. An outdoor kitchen, stone fire pit, a Spanish fountain, and large ceramic bubbling fountain add to the ambience. This custom home builders personal home has many unique finishes and features including: custom cabinetry, artisan woodwork, stone accent walls and niches, and wood/stone/and scored concrete flooring. Ample windows provide natural light throughout the house and offer lovely views of the natural rock grottoes and landscaping outside. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed. Both guest bedrooms have queens. Two full bathrooms. including one in the owners suite. We also have an office with two large desk if you must work! The kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room all open to each other creating a spacious, open architectural feel. The fully stocked High End Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built-in ice maker, refrigerator and island breakfast bar. In addition, there is a lovely outdoor kitchen and Pavillion to entertain family and friends. There is also many seating areas and outdoor firepit! The living room is equipped with luxurious furnishing, built in surround sound and a high end flat screen UHD TV, and includes remote control MantelMount black out shutters which make for a true home theater experience. There is a separate laundry and a large attached two-car garage. The estate offers plenty of room. For your safety and security, we have installed cameras at the entrance and driveways. The hike from the parking lot to the river is approximately 0.25 miles down a steep grade.
