One has a thick foam pad, and one has a twin extra long mattress. We can provide an extra double bed if needed as well. Each bedroom has its own international theme, France, England, California. India will be the fourth bedroom if required. India is also on the Uppermost level, we open it up to guests, but it is a personal bedroom and therefore "shared", meaning not dedicated to hosting only. We used to vacate the property. Now, due to meth, fires and floods, we offer only the upstairs two floors, but allow you to also come down to our floor as needed. So many issues with previous damage including being forced to remodel a bathroom (post flood), robberies, etc. Entire house in this case means no other guests in the downstairs, and the two upstairs floors are private for you with two private entrances... only one of stays in the downstairs, and you will likely only see us if you seek us out, once you are checked in. We also have a wood fire pit! (Check if usable. It is not usable if fire danger is high, which begins in the mid summer and goes until the middle of October, or when we have the first serious rain. There is a "contact host" icon too, they just make it less obvious, and move it around from time to time. About PRICING: Our pricing is firm. We base it on nine guests. Smaller groups can request to stay, but we are one of few venues who can take a large group. You are paying for NINE guests. We have researched local motels, hotels and other airbnb hosts and believe our rates for a large group are more than fair. If you only have four in your group, demand is high and we might hold out for that group of nine.... Guest access Three dedicated bedrooms for sure, and if needed a fourth (it's not dedicated airbnb space. We may offer $75 or $125 discount for just using three. Two baths (the third is shared, down in our living space,) living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. Not included upstairs: two closets and non-usable bathroom (ensuite in the fourth bedroom). This adds up to about 2400 square feet for your benefit and use. We have a family room as well. It is a PROJECT ROOM where we work and play. You are welcome to use it if you need TV, but we ask that you understand it is our work/play space, which we only vacate to offer privacy and a total bonus room. It shows it. We don't pretend it is as clean and "just so" as the rest of the house. Its not part of the rental and should not be judged as such. (Please do not attempt to enter any space with a locked door. One would think we would actually not have to say this, but it's happened). Keep your minor children in the two upstairs levels only please. Please enjoy our backyard which is currently being landscaped. The upper level is pretty close to done, but we have not started the lowest two levels. The view alone is worth the stay! Other things to note Our 14 year old 8 pound toy poodle may be on property. If you don't want him as your guest, let us know because he does not understand the whole house concept at all. There is currently no wall or door dividing the main floor and the downstairs. The laundry room is visible, and we do make use of the laundry room during guest stays. Our bathroom is just down the hall. It might be possible to see us, but it is not likely you will, because we make every effort to provide you with the privacy most guests seek. You may see one of us outdoors during your stay, especially if you plan to use the hot tub a lot. November can render us victims of mouse intrusion. Now that we use ultrasonic barriers, it is very minor if at all. We will not use poison. Our property hosts hawks, owls and crows and we don't want to poison the food chain.
