Walk down the hill to find bays, salt marshes, and a lit boardwalk leading to a fishing deck. Enjoy spectacular sunsets as this home is located on the western side of the island. Make up two complete units, upstairs and downstairs it's perfect for friends or families traveling together. The space The house is a spacious four bedroom, two bath home perfect for family gatherings. We accommodate a maximum of eight guests. There is a screened deck on the upper level and a deck on the lower level as well. There is a charcoal grill for BBQ'ing your catch. The house is set up as a duplex. Meaning the upper and lower floors are separate. Each have a complete kitchen, a full bath, two bedrooms, wifi and TV. Each have separate heating and cooling. A covered outside stairway joins the two units. This offers privacy for family and friends who are staying in the home. All the living areas are spacious. Living and dining areas are large and comfortably furnished. Both kitchens are spacious and fully stocked. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen in one bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. The bunk beds have a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The upstairs bath is a tub shower combination. The rest of the top floor is a great room that is spacious and open with kitchen, dining and living areas all combined. From this area you access the screened porch with expansive views and comfortable seating and ceiling fans. The downstairs is also two bedrooms. Here we have queens in each room. A bath with a walk-in shower, washer and dryer and more open space for living, dining and cooking in the 2nd fully stocked kitchen. And finally there is covered porch with picnic table and adirondacks as well. Cedar Summit offers families and friends not only spacious areas to gather for food and conversations but also plenty of space to "get away" from one another when you choose to do so. The property is spacious as well with plenty of palms and oaks. The sloping yard leads down to the bay and the long boardwalk and fishing deck at the end. Everything is supplied at Cedar Summit. All your linens and sheets and towels are here. All the kitchen items are here and everything but your groceries is supplied. The Cedar Summit is a no smoking house and we do not allow pets.
