Technology: Recently upgraded with a 60-inch TV with Roku in the living area, 42-inch and 32-inch TVs also with Roku in the bedrooms, and wireless phone chargers throughout the unit. Convenience: Fully equipped/Full sized kitchen appliances/Keurig Coffee Maker/washer/dryer combo, and a private patio. Resort Amenities Guests staying at Endless Memories have access to all facilities at the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, including: Pools: Two large outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool for year-round use. Sports & Fitness: On-site fitness center, steam room, sauna, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Outdoor Living: Multiple BBQ grilling areas with picnic tables and private gated boardwalk access to the beach. Prime Location Located directly across the street from popular local attractions: Dining: Several restaurants within walking distance. Entertainment: Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade are directly across the street. Essentials: Within short walking distance of various shopping and grocery stores. Note: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. $50.00 parking fee per vehicle per stay to be paid directly to security guard when arriving, 2 vehicle's only....no exceptions. Debit/Credit cards only, no cash payments accepted. Vehicle will be towed/booted if Vehicle found without parking pass. EARLY CHECK IN: Available at $25.00 per 2 hrs, If cleaning/maintenance permits. We can arrange for early cleaning/maintenance...will need at least 72 hr notice. If property is entered without payment or owner permission, immediate termination of rental agreement, trespass from property and loss of any monies paid. Security Cameras located throughout the property and Ring Cameras located at the front and rear doors of condo. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE CONDO. Any blocking/disabling of cameras or router will result in immediate eviction, trespassed from property and loss of all monies paid. Security guards are onsite from 0800-2200 Absolutely no sub-letting or 3rd party booking. Primary renter must be onsite for the duration of stay.
