The space Beautiful one bedroom condo in San Felipe Mexico's La Hacienda gated community. This condo is charmingly decorated and equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. The living room couches can be converted into extra sleeping area for two more guests. The living room walls are painted in lively vibrant colors that rhyme in perfect harmony with the living room furniture. A flat screen TV mounted on the living room wall with Smart TV system is the place to hang out and catch-up on Streaming Apps like Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, just log in and click play!  There are two balconies and one patio in this condo. First balcony is accessible from the living room.  We like to call this the afternoon condo as this has lots of shade and is fun to hangout when the sun is out.  This patio balcony over looks the courtyard and the swimming pool. The second balcony is accessible from the master bedroom with views of the Sea of Cortez.  Wake early in the morning and enjoy watching the fishermen in the distance heading out to sea. La Hacienda is a beach community and has one of the best beaches in San Felipe. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Enjoy sea view from the balcony. And while at the beach, relax under the complimentary palapas right on the beach. Kids and adults all love our beach - the shallow waters with little to no waives let you enjoy as much beach time as you like. If you are into riding ATVs and Quads, you will love this location as there are lots of sand dunes in the neighborhood to get you a full riding thrill. This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 2 cards available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!! This rental is located on the 2nd floor.  Towels not included with this rental.  Please bring all needed towels MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities extra No pets allowed!! Other things to note The meeting point on arrival day is our welcome center. Detailed information will be sent to you upon making a reservation. You are welcome to arrive from 2:30PM. Welcome center is open until 8PM. If you will arrive after 8PM, there is an additional $25 check-in fee. This goes to cover my assistant who will be working after hours to get you check-in.
