If you are 2 guests staying in 2 rooms, there is an additional $100.00 per night. If you are 3 guests, staying in 2 rooms, the additional $100.00 per night applies. Cleaning kitchen fee of $100.00 for 7 (or less) day stay, $300.00 for month long stay, both refundable if not necessary, (If you don't use kitchen)! There are outdoor security cameras on property.
