It is a perfect location for short or longer term stays. Whether you are coming on business, to visit family, for medical visits at KU Med, hitting up a KC Current/Sporting/Royals/Chiefs game, or just for a weekend away, we know you will enjoy your stay in KC & we would be happy to be a part of that! An entire place for you with two bedrooms, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and sleeper couch, a full kitchen, a laundry room with access to washer and dryer, and a fenced in yard with a patio. Rosedale Cottage has off-street parking for your peace of mind, so you will be able to move around the city quite easily, and take advantage of all the metro area has to offer. You can also take advantage of various lift and taxi services if you are going to go downtown, and you can try out our street car to explore KCMO. There are shops nearby, such as CVS and Walmart, to provide any additional comforts you might need. You can reach out to us via the booking app. If you happen to need something related to house care, like batteries or lights replaced, or if there is an issue with the water, etc, we are happy to come over to take care of the issue. Nestled along the Kansas-Missouri border, Rosedale is a charming neighborhood with a close-knit, diverse community. The perfect location to hit up indie, eclectic KC hideaways, or visit the world renown Kauffman Center or any of our museums like the Nelson Atkins. The Kansas City metro area spans 8,472 square miles, so it is useful to have a car for ease of transportation, but if you want to keep your experience more local, this location is right on the bus line. There is a garden with a greenhouse and a couple working beehives in the back yard, so you might see one of us working there during the spring and autumn. We will never enter the house while guests are staying, but we may use the house’s water spigot. You are welcome to check anything out, just be mindful of the area.
